The first floor houses Williston Basin Eyecare Associates and Pharmacy complete with drive-up window. The third floor is for Mercy Medical Center. The remaining leasable space is on the second floor. Executive suites are fully furnished and include key card entry, use of conference room, phone, WiFi, Hi-speed internet, break room with coffee, utilities and janitorial service, receptionist to direct clients and use of copy services. Flex offices can be reserved on a daily basis if available.
